Do you ship internationally?
Yes — to a curated list of countries. We do not ship to Australia, Brazil, or most of the European Union, where research-use peptide regulations are more restrictive. See the shipping & returns page for the current supported destinations.
Can I get the chromatogram for my specific lot?
Yes. Every shipment includes a numbered Certificate of Analysis with the HPLC chromatogram, mass spectrum, and endotoxin reading for that specific lot. Past lots are archived — email us the lot number and we’ll re-pull it. See Certificates of Analysis.
Do you do custom synthesis?
For sequences up to 50 amino acids, yes. Minimum order is typically 100 mg, and lead time depends on the sequence — most orders ship within 4–6 weeks. Email [email protected] with your sequence.
How are the peptides shipped?
Lyophilized in amber vials, sealed under inert gas, and packed in insulated cold-chain packaging with gel packs. Full details on the shipping & returns page.
What is your return policy?
If a vial arrives damaged or out of spec, we replace it. Unopened vials can be returned within 14 days for a refund minus shipping; opened vials are not returnable for safety reasons. Full terms on the shipping & returns page.
